Zero Tolerance
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation — prevention, detection, reporting, and enforcement on every Niah surface.
Last updated: August 11, 2025
Niah maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to all content, accounts, messages, media, and interactions on our service — whether produced by humans or AI systems. Users must be at least 13 years old to use Niah and must comply with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
We prohibit and will remove content, accounts, or behavior that includes any of the following:
We provide an in‑app reporting mechanism for content and accounts. You can report from the relevant menu on posts, messages, or profiles and select categories like “Child Exploitation”. Reports are reviewed with priority when they reference CSAE concerns. You can also contact us at [email protected].
Our approach aligns with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where legally required, we will make the necessary reports, preserve evidence, and cooperate with requests from competent authorities. Users must not post content that violates these laws and must not attempt to exploit minors on our platform.
For urgent concerns related to child safety, contact:
Email: [email protected]
We encourage users to learn more about online child safety and how to report suspected CSAE. If you are in immediate danger or believe a child is at risk, contact local law enforcement first.
We may update these standards to reflect legal requirements, enforcement practices, or product changes. We will post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
